Delivery
Your orders will be prepared and shipped to your address via our contracted courier company within 7 business days of receiving payment confirmation.
Shipping time may vary depending on the delivery address and the shipping company. The seller cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the shipping company.
In areas where the courier company does not offer address delivery, deliveries may be made via telephone notification.
Return and Withdrawal Rights
Hafkha products are custom-made and personalized using natural stones.
According to the relevant article of the Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection, there is no right of withdrawal for products manufactured specifically for an individual .
Therefore, returns are not accepted unless the product has any damage or manufacturing defect .
Damaged Products
If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, you must contact us within 48 hours of the delivery date.
After the inspection, you will be offered one of the following options: return, exchange, or remanufacturing.
To report a damage, please send an email to info@hafkha.com with the following information:
- Order number
- Photos of damaged products.
- Shipping box and packaging photos
