Can I return my order?

Hafkha products are custom-made and individually produced using natural stones.
Therefore, returns are not accepted unless there is any damage or manufacturing defect in the product.

Can I exchange it?

Since the products are custom-made, exchanges are not possible.
However, in case of damage during shipping, a suitable solution is offered to our customers.

What should I do if my product arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, you must contact us within 48 hours of the delivery date. After inspection, one of the following options will be provided: return, exchange, or re-production.

How can I report a damaged product?

You can send an email to info@hafkha.com with the following information:

Your order number
Clear photos of the damaged product
Photos of the shipping box and packaging

Our team will contact you as soon as possible.

When will I receive a refund?

After the return request is approved, the refund will be made to the method used for payment.
Depending on the bank and payment institution, it may take 3-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Are variations in natural stones considered defects?

No.
Variations in color, texture, and form of natural stones are not defects. These variations are a result of each product being unique and natural.
