Location: Atelier Hafkha - Yıldırım Mahallesi, Bayrampaşa
All products made at the end of the workshop belong to the participants.
If you request a postponement at least 2 days before the workshop date, your registration will be transferred to the next workshop, subject to availability. No refunds will be given for cancellations made on the day of the workshop.

Details
Product Care
- Take care not to let your product come into direct contact with chemicals such as perfumes, creams, lotions, and cleaning products.
- Removing it before showering, swimming in the sea, or using a pool will extend the life of the gold plating.
Shipping and Returns
- Since your order is handmade in the Hafkha workshop, it will be carefully prepared and delivered to cargo within 3-5 business days.
- Due to hygiene and personal use sensitivities, Hafkha products are not eligible for return.
- In case your product arrives damaged or defective, we kindly ask you to contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- After the necessary inspection, a product exchange or a suitable solution will be offered to you.
