Atölye tarihinden en geç 2 gün önce erteleme talep etmeniz durumunda bir sonraki atölyeye kontenjan dahilinde kaydınız yapılacaktır. Atölye günü yapılan iptallerde para iadesi yapılmamaktadır.

Product Care
- Take care not to let your product come into direct contact with chemicals such as perfumes, creams, lotions, and cleaning products.

Shipping and Returns
- Since your order is handmade in the Hafkha workshop, it will be carefully prepared and delivered to cargo within 3-5 business days.
- Due to hygiene and personal use sensitivities, Hafkha products are not eligible for return.
- In case your product arrives damaged or defective, we kindly ask you to contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- After the necessary inspection, a product exchange or a suitable solution will be offered to you.
